The Summer Open accommodates the invited Welsh top 16/8 swimmers after those selected to attend; and Caerphilly County Swim squad have a squad of 18 swimmers qualified to compete at this year’s meet with a full range of races from 50 Free to 800 Free , competing against some of the best swimmers in the UK.
All members of the Club, Coaching team, Committee and supporters wish you well. Next year we hope to have more swimmers competing at the top level.
Swimming will take a short break over the summer months for all swimmers, coaches and parents to rest and recharge before September. It is important that during the break swimmers are not training in the water, it is important to let the muscles time to recover – if you are in the water over the summer it is for fun!

Return session will be – Tuesday 27th August – A, B, B1 and C Squad
Please remember that all entry forms for the club championships have to be returned by Monday 29th July and they will take place over the weekend of 6-7-8 September and all swimmers are to enter this meet.
All outstanding trophies are to be returned ASAP.
