Caerphilly County Swim Squad – SWIM CAMP
SwimPath’s Double Olympian Jemma Lowe and more Olympic swimmers attended Caerphilly Swim Club for a specialised Swim Camp on the 20th May 2017 at Caerphilly Leisure Centre. Swimmers in both sessions enjoyed perfecting skills and drills, and an opportunity to gain feedback form an Olympian.
Parents joined the swimmers in the afternoon for a session on nutrition, that was enlightening for some, educational for others, with everyone taking away something new – A big thank you to Jemma and Jay from Swimpath – diolch yn fawr.
